A new drain guard design that effectively eliminates any possibility of an aggregate greater than 3/8’’ minus entering the lower chamber. It is used in conjunction with the standard 3/16’’ minus screen of the aggregate retention basket. The new guard uses the same bolt pattern. Longer bolts are required and are included in the kit. It is a quick and effective performance enhancement to avoid potential plugging of the discharge hose. Install one along with our new hopper-mounting bracket that does not restrict internal hose dimension.
